Portal Information
In order to access our patient portal, you must call (919) 282-1100, and schedule an appointment; we will issue your USERNAME and PASSWORD. Once you have this information you will be able to access your medical records and new patient paperwork, schedule/change appointments, send secure messages, pay your bill and much more.
